Our Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging
- Personal care items (hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked "final sale"
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at ops@ywhnova.com with your order number and reason. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Do not ship items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item). We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund may take additional time to appear.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping.
Wrong Item Received
Contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, first check with your bank. If the issue persists, contact ops@ywhnova.com.
