The 30-night promise
Try AURALIE in your own evening for thirty nights. If it does not belong, write to us — we send a prepaid return label, and refund in full once it is back in the warehouse. No restocking fee. No questions.
How to start a return
- Write to hello@auralie.co within 30 nights of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- We email a prepaid USPS return label within one business day.
- Drop the box at any USPS location.
- Refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
One-year warranty
One full year against manufacturing defects. If the mist plate, remote, or any internal component fails through normal use within twelve months of delivery, we replace it at our cost.
Replacement parts beyond warranty
We stock replacement parts — mist plates, USB-C cables, remotes — for the life of the product. If something wears out at year three or year five, write to us and we will replace it at cost.
What is not covered
- Damage from being dropped or knocked off a nightstand (handblown glass is glass).
- Running with hard tap water for extended periods (use filtered or distilled water; we'll send a free reminder card with every order).
- Damage caused by non-pure or synthetic oils.
